Elena Fensom
With over 10 years’ experience in financial services, and the last 4 spent in leadership and project management, Elena always comes back to the finance industry. Having completed a Masters in Applied Finance during covid (with a newborn by her side!), it is safe to say she is persistent to reach her goals and get the job done. Before she became a mum of 2 boys, she travelled extensively, and even lived in the UK for over 2 years. When she first started out as a mortgage broker back in 2009, Elena won the MFAA Dux of the Year, and she can’t wait to continue providing her clients with the exceptional service they deserve.

Cindy Chan
Having worked within the business for nearly 10 years, Cindy is knowledgeable across numerous facets of the financial services process. A graduate with a double degree in business and accounting, she has consistently proven herself to be a natural overachiever. Cindy began her career as an accredited financial planner, but currently operates as a qualified full-time asset finance writer and residential mortgage broker. She is due to be a first-time mum to a baby girl in January 2024, and we can’t wait for the arrival of our next Babo Finance baby! In her spare time, Cindy loves running her baking business, watching soccer, and binging on Netflix.
Rose Zaballero
Asset Finance Loan Processor
Rose is our new Asset Finance Loan Processor at Babo Finance, specialising in the assessment and processing of asset finance loan applications. With a strong understanding of lending criteria, she plays a key role in reviewing applications, analysing financial information, and ensuring loans are accurately assessed and efficiently processed.
Her thorough approach and attention to detail help streamline the approval process while maintaining compliance with lender policies. Rose is committed to supporting clients by facilitating smooth and timely, asset finance solutions.

Loan Processor
Christian is a dedicated mortgage Loan Processor with a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership dreams. Outside of work, he finds solace in the company of his beloved cats. An avid nature enthusiast, Christian enjoys spending his free time exploring the beauty of the outdoors, with the beach being one of his favourite destinations.
